Shipping and Charges
Deliveries for orders from the online shop are possible to Germany and Austria. The delivery time within Germany is approximately 3-5 working days from receipt of payment. Deliveries within Germany are made via DHL and to Austria via DPD.
Shipping costs within Germany are 6.90 €. Orders of 69.00 € or more qualify for free shipping within Germany. Shipping costs to Austria are 9.90 €. Orders of 129.00 € or more qualify for free shipping.
Payment is made through various methods. Our payment service providers are PayPal and Stripe (for credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Microsoft Pay, giropay, Klarna invoice).
Klarna Invoice is only possible for purchases over 49 EUR. Please do not transfer the amount to us, but wait for the payment request from Klarna.
