Generally, all individuals aged 18 and above are eligible to participate. Participants under 18 years old have no legal claim to winnings. Eligible participants are individuals residing in Germany or Austria. Owners, employees, and other staff members of Fox4Pets, as well as all employees of third-party companies involved in the execution of this promotion, and individuals cohabiting or sharing a similar living arrangement with the aforementioned persons, as well as any other individuals directly or indirectly associated professionally with the promotional activity or the organizer, are excluded from participation. Proxy participation in the promotion is not allowed.
Participants can take part in the competition according to the description published alongside each respective giveaway. Participation is possible without purchasing GranataPet products.
Among all users participating in the contest, the products listed in the contest description will be raffled off. The organizer is released from the obligation to provide the prizes upon handover. Cash payment or transfer of the prize is not possible. The organizer reserves the right to replace the prizes with a comparable alternative. The transfer of the prize is not possible.
Participation in the prize draw is by fulfilling the requirements stated in the prize draw description. Participants who submit inappropriate, offensive, sexist, or racist content, as well as content promoting irresponsible use of GranataPet products, will be disqualified from the prize draw. Each participant can only enter once. Fox4Pets reserves the right to substitute prizes with similar prizes of equal value. GranataPet will randomly select the winner from all participants. The winner will be notified by Fox4Pets via email or social media message and must respond within 3 days to confirm acceptance of the prize. Failure to respond within this three-day period will result in forfeiture of the prize.
In case of a violation of the participation terms or intentional or unintentional false information regarding the participation requirements, Fox4Pets reserves the right to exclude relevant individuals from the promotion. This also applies to individuals using unauthorized aids or gaining advantages through manipulation. If necessary, articles awarded in such cases may be revoked and reclaimed retrospectively.
GranataPet is not liable for damages caused by errors, delays, or interruptions in data transmission, disruptions in technical systems and services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, and viruses. After the handover of the prize, Fox4Pets assumes no liability for damages of any kind, except for damages resulting from the violation of life, body, or health caused by intentional or negligent breach of duty by Fox4Pets or Fox4Pets vicarious agents. In this case, liability is limited to the legally permissible minimum extent.
The opportunity to participate in the contest automatically ends on the last day of the event at the time specified by Fox4Pets in the contest description. Fox4Pets reserves the right to cancel or terminate the event at any time without notice. This applies in particular, but not exclusively, to cases where, due to technical reasons - such as computer system infection by viruses, manipulation, errors in hardware and/or software, or legal reasons - proper execution of the event is impeded, affected, or becomes impossible. Fox4Pets does not guarantee the receipt of awarded items. If such termination is caused by the actions of a participant, Fox4Pets may demand compensation for the damage caused by that individual.
Legal recourse is excluded. Cash payment for awarded items is expressly excluded. Transfer of awarded items is not possible. These terms and conditions are governed by German law. Should any of these provisions be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
Fox4Pets assures compliance with the legal provisions of data protection and commits to using all - including personal - data of the participants solely for the purpose of conducting this promotion and sharing it with third parties only as far as necessary for the execution and management of the promotion. GranataPet confirms that third parties are obligated by a contractual agreement with GranataPet to also adhere to the legal provisions of data protection law when processing personal data. The participant agrees that their data will be processed electronically.
Fox4Pets reserves the right to amend or supplement these terms and conditions at any time without providing reasons, as far as it is necessary in the interest of a simple and secure processing, particularly to prevent abuses or for other reasons. The provided information will solely be used for communication purposes and the dispatch of the items.
